BRON AUSTIN DEAL resides in warm Dallas, TX where he founded and oversees Bron Austin Deal Enterprises, LLC. This is the parent company for THE IMAGE Presents, THE IMAGE Dress for Success, THE IMAGE Business Marketing Solutions and Bron Austin The Collection, custom professional clothing. Bron will launch THE IMAGE App in 2015, a personal consulting tool for professional IMAGE.

 

Bron started in the fashion industry at The Buckle in 2002. In college, Bron found a passion in men’s custom clothing. Fascinated by different fabrics, cuts and designs, Bron had the opportunity to work with Hans Herman of Hans Herman’s Tailors in 2006. Here he learned the correct way a suit should fit, the understanding of its importance, and why your image is the most important weapon one can have. In mid 2007, Bron moved to Dallas, TX where he worked for Lombardo Custom Apparel. The men’s custom industry has so many working parts. Yes, selling is a key role, but why your image is so important is a bigger role. In 2008, Bron began to speak to fraternities and college organizations on the importance of what your image represents. In 2010, THE IMAGE Dress for Success was created. From clothing to how you shake someone’s hand, your image could land you your dream career. THE IMAGE Dress for Success combines the experience of a young professional with a production of a runway show certain to grab everyone’s attention. Bron graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Marketing in 2007.

 

Bron is a motivational speaker with a clothing background who has spoken at over 50 universities, organizations and companies since starting this “side-business” in 2010. THE IMAGE Dress for Success is now a full working company that continues to grow every day. What started out local as a “what to, what not to do” presentation, went regional and now is nationwide. Bron wants to personally aid every person with their business endeavors. It starts with your self image. Along with speaking about the importance of one’s image, Bron consults many clients with personal shopping. Many college students friend Bron on Facebook or text message him with professional clothing questions before they attend a big interview, event or simply when to or not to wear a bow tie.

 

In his spare time, Bron enjoys reading, writing and volunteering. In January of 2012, Bron was elected to the Board of Directors for CASA of Collin County. CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates, is a children’s advocacy program and is dear to Bron’s heart. In 2014, He founded the Optimist Club of Collin County, TX. This civic organization supports youth in the community by bringing out the best! He was recently elected 2016-2017 Govenor for the North Texas District of Optimist International  Bron is also working on his first motivational book, I’m Kind of a Big Deal: Nine Steps to Becoming a Better You.
