Bill Campion  Dallas, TX

 

Bill Campion has spent his entire career serving customers.  He has held various executive-level positions in marketing and human resources with 3 nationally recognized restaurant brands. He is currently working as a Senior Account Executive as part of IBM’s Smarter Workforce Team.

 

 Early on, as a marketer, it became apparent to him that the best marketing plan is only as good as the customer’s experience at the table.  Bill became known as the advocate for the customers and those on the front line who serve them.  He spent many hours side by side with servers, bartenders, line cooks, dishwashers and managers, first understanding their challenges, then teaching and coaching the art of customer service.  This hands-on experience coupled with extensive study and research have provided him with tremendous insight into what it takes to create a culture and deliver customer service that is truly differentiated. 

 

Bill’s speaking style is bold, high energy and totally interactive. He uses humorous stories to keep his audiences engaged while providing a methodology so that participants can create a plan to take their service to the next level.
